Losing fat while building muscle is the same as turning fat to muscle, when you workout and build muscle you are burring calories as you gain muscle and weight, fat is burned like forest fire with gasoline dumped on it. After your workout in over the day goes by and you finally go to sleep, your muscle is breaking down and you are still burning fat! Those are simple tips to follow if you want to lose fat while gaining muscle. Burning fat is easy if you put the work into it.
